It's Not Greek to Me

With over 35 years of acting experience, Alex has the versatility to bring your copy to life.  Whether you are looking for that kooky character, a soccer Mom, the girl next door, the caring caretaker, the corporate professional or a zany animated character Alex is the voice actor for you.

When she isn't in the recording booth, Alex can often be seen on stage.  Some of her professional stage credits include:  HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS (1998-2005), Old Globe Theatre; MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL, Lyceum Theatre; VAGINA MONOLOGUES, most recently at The La Jolla Playhouse and LEND ME A TENOR, Bellevue Civic Theatre in WA to name a few.

Alex has also appeared in many T.V. commercials, corporate industrials (both live and on film) and training videos as well as guest spots on several T.V. series.

Alex is proud to have been involved in many educational theatrical productions.  She worked for many years with The Playwrights Project, an organization dedicated to the advancement of literacy, creativity, and communication by empowering individuals to voice their stories through playwriting programs and theatre productions.  Alex has also toured in many educational shows in California and Washington helping kids learn how to deal with school bullies, teaching kids about the importance of water conservation and helping kids understand science through the magic of bubbles.

As a teacher, Alex spent two years in Japan teaching English to students ages 5 - 65.  She is currently  coaching kids in the art of voice and singing.

Alex has several hobbies including cooking, reading, hiking and making jewelry.  She is married with a one amazing child and enjoys volunteering at her daughter's school.
